Edna Ranch Vineyard - Edna Valley
"Aromas of fresh pineapple, jasmine and seashells permeate the senses and soak the palate with waves of honeydew, lemon zest, macadamia nut and orange blossom honey."
Hand harvested at 24.2° Brix, then whole cluster pressed. Juice was fermented in small stainless steel tanks with a peak fermentation temperature of 60° then moved to new french oak barrels for a few days prior to bottling.
Wine Analysis: 13.7% Alcohol, .65 TA, 3.46 pH
